Kitchen & Pantry
The Kitchen
Our menu changes with what's available — what the farms have, what the season allows, what the pigs gave us. Most everything comes from the hills nearby, and what comes in whole goes out used entirely. That's just how we cook.
In the warmer months, things are light and bright; wild greens, foraged things, the occasional pig roast. In winter, expect hearty soups, warm hand pies, handmade noodles and special dinner services that are worth planning your week around. We carry locally raised chicken, and when the right beef comes in, we do a burger that people talk about.
Just good food, with good ingredients.
Agrarian. Low key. Delicious.

The Pantry
The Pantry is stocked the way a good larder should be — carefully, and with people you know.
You'll find our ciders here by the bottle and case, alongside a selection of craft beer and natural wines chosen with the same attention we give everything else.
But the real draw is the food…
Cured meats from our own Tamworth and Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Fresh baked breads. Cheeses from local makers down the road. Pickled things. Sweet treats. Hand pies. Vinegars and fermented things from upstate producers who've been doing it quietly and doing it right.
Build a board. Open a bottle. Sit in the courtyard and take your time. Or grab what you need and bring it home — everything travels well.
FARMILY Meal!
FARMILY Meal is our monthly fundraiser and excuse to get everyone around the same table. A simple buffet lunch or dinner made from what's growing around us — nothing fancy, just good food and good company.
Most of the proceeds go to a local farming association or nonprofit.
We host it sometimes here at the taproom, and sometimes out at the farm. Family friendly, good vibes, all are welcome. Check out our EVENTS PAGE to sign up for the next one!
Can’t wait to see you!
