WAYSIDE CIDER has found its home in two LOVINGLY RESTORED barns;  tucked behind Main Street in Andes NY. You can not only DRINK and take away bottles (or cases) of our CIDER, but, stay a wHile and eat some FARM TO TABLE  food prepared by our L'ACADEMIE DE CUISINE trained chef Siayko Skalsky.  


We also serve a range of mirco/farm/BIODYNAMIc BEERS, SPIRITS  and WINEs from our friends around NYS. 

The Tap Room at Wayside Cider was designed by Sean Scherer, taking inspiration from cider taverns of old, but infusing a Catskill vernacular.
