WAYSIDE CIDER  has found its home in two lovingly restored barns;  tucked behind Main Street in Andes NY.  You can not only drink and take away bottles (or cases) of our cider, but, stay awhile and eat some farm to table  food prepared by our l'academie de cuisine trained chef Siayko Skalsky.  


We also serve a range of mirco/farm/biodynamic beer, spirits  and wines from our friends around NYS. 

The Tap Room at Wayside Cider was designed by Sean Scherer, taking inspiration from cider taverns of old, but infusing a Catskill vernacular.
